BOOKING PRIVATE EVENTS with Tara Rose

Booking a tattoo artist for a private event can be a wonderful way to add to your party/event.

Below is a full description and break down of what is required and expected.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THE HOST:

The artist will need a clear space, uncarpeted and away from absorbent fabric furniture with

access to a sink on the same floor. The artist will require parking and an unloading area close to

the front door. The space will need to be big/clear enough to have a massage bed, stool, two

tables for equipment and a full length mirror within the space.

The host will be required to supply:

- Paper Towel (in a plastic wrap unopened and uncontaminated)

- Drinking water for people getting tattooed

- An empty garbage bin with clean black garbage bags

- Access to a sink with hand soap

- A full length mirror

The artist will bring

- All tattoo supplies

- A sharps bin

- A proper light fixture

- A tattoo bed

- A rolling salon table

- A proper stool

TWO OPTIONS FOR HOW TO INCLUDE A TATTOO ARTIST AT YOUR EVENT

OPTION 1:

Have your party guests pre book appointments with the artist. You will need to send out an

email to all guests and connect each person interested with the artist who will then organize the

rest of the details. All designs must be premade as stencils cannot be made at the event. This

means NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO THE DESIGNS once on the premise of the event.

PROS: This means you have an idea of how many people want to get tattooed and can pay the

amount per person and keep the event organized

ESTIMATED PRICE BREAKDOWN FOR OPTION 1-

Travel costs: $100-$200

Set up cost: $300

Tattoo costs: Each person will be charged individually from $150-$400 depending on design

$300 deposit is to be made 2 weeks before, cancellation is valid up for a week before the date

*a minimum of 5 guests will need to book*

OPTION 2:

The artist will supply a flash sheet. This is premade designs that the guests can choose from,

this sheet can be put together with you and the artist or you can choose from the sheets

attached to this file. This means designs are premade and ready to go with 2 size options. The

artist will have all stencils made and the guests can get a tattoo if they want. Once again zero

changes can be made the day of.

PROS: People can decide on the day and it allows more of a casual atmosphere

CONS: You will need to pay the full day wage for maximum clients regardless of the amount of

people who show up

ESTIMATED PRICE BREAKDOWN FOR OPTION 2-

Travel costs: $100-200

Full day rate: $2000 (this is an estimate)

%50 deposit is to be made 2 weeks before, cancellation is valid up for a week before the date

GUESTS MUST BE +18
